Construction Mixed Waste must consist mainly of stone, concrete, bricks, tiles or other hardcore mixed with smaller amounts of other construction debris. If the load is not mainly hardcore, it will be classified and charged as General Mixed Waste.

Not allowed: loads consisting mainly of furniture, wood, plastic, packaging or household waste, general clearance waste, food or wet waste, hazardous or regulated waste, and undeclared special-rate items. A load containing only clean stone or hardcore should be booked under Clean Hardcore instead.

How do I confirm my booking?

We will send you a booking confirmation once payment and the refundable deposit have been received and the delivery slot has been secured. A booking is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation.

Is a refundable deposit required?

A refundable deposit of $400 is required before the booking can be confirmed. The deposit will be refunded after collection, subject to any deductions for excess weight, extra rental days, incorrect waste classification, prohibited items, contamination or damage.

Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?

Same-day or next-day delivery may be available, subject to bin availability and the delivery schedule. Please contact us to check availability before making payment.

How can I request a bin?

You can submit a request through our Request Bin page or contact us directly through WhatsApp. Please provide the waste type, bin size, delivery address, preferred delivery date and photographs of the waste where possible.

What happens if the load is not mainly stone or hardcore?

It will be classified and charged as General Mixed Waste. Construction Mixed Waste must consist mainly of stone, concrete, bricks, tiles or other hardcore.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made by PayNow or bank transfer.
